Message from the Director

We are glad to announce that our sleep lab is now open and accepting new patients.

After working at many hospitals and realizing that it is always difficult to get patients with sleep disorders diagnosed and treated in a reasonable time; I decided to start a practice with the goal to provide immediate testing and exceptional care.

Sleep Medicine is a field that is always expanding especially with the public awareness of the importance to treat sleep disorders, due to their effect on the quality of life. Good sleep is very important to feel energetic and function well. Treating sleep disorders can also help prevent many diseases including hypertension, heart attacks, strokes, heart failure and other cardiac problems

We specialize in the diagnosis and management of all sleep disorders including Obstructive Sleep Apnea along with CPAP/BiPAP setup and follow up on compliance; Central Sleep Apnea, Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome and other Sleep related hypoventilation, Narcolepsy, Idiopathic Hypersomnia, Insomnia, Restless Leg Syndrome, Periodic Limb Movement Disorder, REM behavioral disorder, as well as nightmare disorder and other parasomnias.

We are offering home sleep studies now and soon we will also offer all kinds of in-lab studies.

We are a sleep clinic only, and we do not do primary care. We will gladly accept the referral from your primary care physicians. We look forward to coordinating with your PCP’s office and other care providers to provide the best outcome for your health and well-being.

Warm Regards, Wassim Assaf MD
